As part of the 2019 Illinois Future Business Leaders of America State Leadership Conference held in Springfield, my teammates and I created these videos as part of our Broadcast Journalism event.

As a team we wrote each segment and presented our videos and our live news in presentation-form among of industry-specific judges.

After advancing from preliminary rounds, our team received a first place finish.

We then competed in the National FBLA Leadership Conference (held in San Antonio, TX) where we ranked among the top teams in the nation.

The project was filmed using DSLR cameras.

A mobile teleprompter was used, along with a wireless lavalier microphone system.

Various lighting effects were used throughout the filming.

Adobe Premiere Pro was used to edit the video.

Celtx was used to write and develop the script.

I served as the head editor and camera operator for the project.

I also wrote and served as “reporter” for some segments.
